Is there an age limit on creativity? You wouldn't think so, but "creatives" often find themselves feeling that ageism creeps in when it comes to moving into a new role or joining a new company. It's counter-intuitive - creatives may have decades of talent and experience which is now working against them. Enter my guest, Eddie Prentiss, a creative himself, and founder of Creageless (www.creageless.com) a community of creatives. It began as a place for older creatives, but along the way, Eddie and its members discovered that the community doesn't care about age - old or young.
