Ms Chineme Ugbor has over 15 years of extensive experience in the education and international development sectors, holding diverse roles across Europe, the US, and West Africa. As the co-founder and executive director of Linden Global Learning Support Services, Chineme leads a dynamic international team of student support specialists catering to international schools and families worldwide. Since its establishment in 2015 with a team of three, Linden Global Learning has grown to over 80 mental health and learning support specialists serving 120+ schools and universities in 42 countries worldwide. She is passionate about fostering an inclusive culture grounded in innovation, excellence, and kindness. Chineme is also the co-founder of Girls Gearing Up International Leadership Academy (GGU), an award-winning charity for teen girls with hubs in Germany, India, and Malawi featured in publications such as ELLE and Vogue DE.
