Today the Biz Bros chat with Scott on improving employee engagement!

With us today is Scott Novis (Nov “like NOVember” - is), the founder of Bravous (Brave - Us), a company that is helping businesses increase retention by facilitating highly dynamic live and virtual video game events for their employees. After spending decades in the video game industry, even working with Disney for a time, Scott is an expert on all things gaming and the best way to harness their power for good. Scott focuses on helping breakdown the barriers of isolation using video games by using them as a tool for connection. Whether a group of college students trying to make friends, or a team of remote workers who have been isolated by their new working conditions, Scott believes video games can help. Technology does not have to be isolating. Managed effectively, it can be a platform for transformation, change, and yes, even friendship. Welcome to the show, Scott!
