On this episode we chat with fellow Jiu Jitsu enthusiast Paul Tokgozoglu. Paul is a practitioner who wants to spread the word about the sport that has brought him great peace of mind. He has recently started his own clothing brand, "Jiu Jitsu is my outlet" and has his eyes on much loftier goals. On top of that he host a podcast where he speaks with various people who have reaped the mental health benefits of the gentle art.
