Jude gets a promotion! The Galaxy Class is the Worf of the Federation ships. Klingon Armadas are disruptive. Worf is also disruptive. Odo shows his affection by spying on you. Certainly nothing could go wrong with a Klingon preemptive strike... Clearly they added Worf to the cast to add a terrible father to the mix. DS9's got guns! Justen makes a comparison that hurts Jude's soul.
