In every business you'll be met with challenges along the way. Sometimes these challenges can become rather severe, and you may find yourself in a position that truly stresses you out and which really gives you high levels of anxiety.
I learned from one of employees once how to view this with a bit of a different mindset, that really helped me not to be so nervous when landing in these kinds of situation.
With a different way of looking at things, I could calm myself better and become more resourceful, which I needed to become in order to solve the serious issue(s) at hand.
