In this episode, I chat with Karen Berzanski, a Transformational Money Mindset Coach, Certified Pro EFT™ Tapping Coach, and self-proclaimed trauma thriver. Karen’s journey to healing began unexpectedly in 2008 after a serious accident in New York City that left her dealing with PTSD, chronic pain, and life upheaval. At a healing retreat in California, she discovered EFT Tapping—a practice that helped her release deep-seated emotional and physical pain, reshaping her mindset and her life.
Through years of tapping and clearing limiting beliefs, Karen redefined her relationship with money, moving from debt and scarcity to abundance and fulfillment. Now, she empowers others to shift their money mindset, helping them unlock financial freedom, self-worth, and joy. I’ve been a professional film and TV actor for over 25 years appearing in over 30 feature films, and national commercials. I’m a domestic CEO, Mountain Breathwork teacher, Akashic teacher, Reiki Master of Masters, Human Design reader, Buddhist practitioner.
