What is up guys! Welcome back, this is part two of my conversation with my friend Ian Miller. We covered a lot in the last episode and now we’re diving right back into it. Ian starts off with giving his thoughts on what it means to hold your sport with an open hand. We also talk about what an effective mindset looks like playing your sport now that you’re retired. He mentioned going in with curiosity and giving yourself grace when you learn you might not be able to throw as hard or kick a ball the way you once did or whatever it is you and your sport.
