This week, Sean Aiken of the One Week Job Project talks to us about the importance of finding your passion. After not knowing in which direction to turn after graduating from college, Sean started the One Week Job Project, working 52 jobs in 52 weeks. The year long research/adventure spawned a book and a movie and after traveling around the last few years speaking to and inspiring mainly high school students, Sean is currently working with educators to develop an innovative, engaging, and inspiring curriculum incorporating the One Week Job book and documentary film. Shortly after graduating from college, Sean made a promise to himself: "I will not settle for a career that I am not truly passionate about, I will not allow yearning for weekends and the illustrious two week vacation a year to define my life, I will be in a positive work place situation and I will love what I am doing." Sean made a promise for passion and thinks you should make that same promise today. Join me every Wednesday at 6:30 eastern for a quick half hour inspiring interview.
