Chris Savage has spent the better part of a decade obsessing over Gyroscope, an app that lets you track and improve everything about your health. He’s sung the app's praises for helping him create healthy habits, and if you’ve been in his vicinity, he’s almost certainly showed you his Gyroscope dashboard.
