IBM released the results of a survey they did earlier this year saying, "Executives estimate that 40% of their workforce will need to reskill as a result of implementing AI and automation over the next 3 years."

In this episode, I cover why inside of that 40% will be 100% of their sales workforce. Every salesperson will need to be reskilled on how to leverage AI in their workflow. This is great news because it's the activity that you don't want to do anyway!
