Do you ever find yourself questioning the goals you've set for yourself? Maybe they aren't as meaningful or exciting to you as when you set them?
As we grow and evolve personally, our reasons for setting particular goals naturally changes as well, and the long term goals we set in the past, may no longer be relevant to us.
In this week's video, I break down the three different types of goals, and why they may no longer feel relevant to us after a while.
I also share a story of a goal that I set, just about achieved, then no longer wanted. It was quite the learning experience.
