We made it! We are going to survive 2020 and live to tell about it! This time of year is usually meant to be slower and more reflective as we celebrate life and all we’ve learned but *this year* there’s even more to process that usual. We all need to take some time to digest and absorb what this year has been, what we’ve experienced, what it has felt like and what it all means to us. Individually and collectively we’ve all learned and grown A LOT. Taking time to integrate that knowledge and lived experience is helpful and wise. And, of course, we can’t forget to celebrate all the good stuff, too. Rest, reflect and rejoice. We are stronger and more aware than ever! Happiest holidays to our wonderful listeners!
