OC a.k.a. Outta Control has been dealing with music since childhood. Listening to the music his family and friends would play growing up, he instantly got hooked to the melodies, tunes, and notes. Once he was into his early adolescence, he began writing everything from short stories to poems. This is where his rap persona became apparent. He realized how a beat can take his writing to a whole new level of mental imagery, and that was the beginning of his twist and turn flows and lyrical maneuvering. Now, OC’s focus is to get his music heard. Letting the world see his cerebral expressions laid out within the grasp of a tantalizing beat. The concept of these expressions is mostly about the haters that not only himself but also everyone else (not just musically) deal with daily. His overall goal is to have the recognition of someone who can take any project and make it into art. An art that people can listen to repeatedly.
