Mike Cardinal interviews Liberty Hsiung and Karla Reigosa from École Hôtelière de Lausanne (EHL Hospitality Business School). This School is an international school as it is located in Switzerland, but there isn't a huge language barrier because it's a very international campus. There are a lot of unique things about this campus from their own Michelin Star restaurant, to their dress code, to the strong sense of hands-on learning around campus.
