Jamie Ivey is the host for The Happy Hour with Jamie Ivey podcast, speaker, and author of her bestselling book If You Only Knew: My Unlikely, Unavoidable Story of Becoming Free.
In this episode, Jamie and I reflect how it was somewhat difficult for us to navigate our new friendship during a very transitional season in both of our lives. I share how I battled lies that I was stepping into her “territory” when I decided I wanted to launch a podcast. We share how our friendship has evolved and the unique ways we have learned to support one another and give grace. We talk a lot about what social media looks like in our lives and how we are learning to navigate using it and not falling into the trap of comparison.
