How do we prepare for what is unpreparable while also living in trauma (which we definitely are still living in and through)? Whether anyone acknowledges this trauma or not the trauma is still there and will take time, space, and lots of healthy things thrown at it to move through it.

In this episode, I get into some ways that we can take care of ourselves, our people, and our world. There are things we can do now to help us have tools for the future no matter what that future holds. We don't have to be caught off guard by what might be coming we can take some good care of ourselves by having a mental health preparedness kit to help us know what we need and what our people need. I discuss that here.

I have spent the last 20 years working in and on my own and others' deconstruction and would love to help you find the support, love, and acceptance you may need to walk through this part of faith or the support to find or nurture your own unique spiritual practice. Reach out if this is something you need. I am currently accepting new clients. Also, if you just want to reach out and ask a question go to angiefadel@gmail.com. Music by Todd Fadel
