Located along the Ohio River, the Bellaire House was built in 1847. It sits on top of both a ley line and an abandoned coal mine, close to sacred Shawnee burial caves and beneath a powerful planetary alignment. Consumed by grief after his sister’s passing in 1947, Edwin Heatherington conducted dozens of seances in hopes of making contact beyond the grave. These activities resulted in numerous portals being opened throughout the home, letting in human spirits and non-human entities alike. The home is wildly active with paranormal phenomena to this day.
