We also meet Francis, Lancaster’s biggest Christmas “Fran-atic,” who spreads holiday cheer 365 days a year with her over-the-top themed decorations. Plus, Joel and Shaun from Lancaster LEADS join the conversation to share how their iconic wreaths and Christmas tree decorations create a festive atmosphere downtown, attracting visitors and encouraging the community to shop local and support small businesses. It’s a heartwarming celebration of holiday cheer!
