Sometimes, life can take us into periods of imbalance.

We can end up pushing so hard towards our goals, finding ourselves so deep in slay energy, that we forget to thrive.

And sometimes we end up so focused on feeling good that we lose focus and momentum with our goals or aspirations.

If we lose enough focus and momentum towards our goals, we also eventually get to the point where we don't feel good/thrive either.
