Blessed new month. In the month of October I will be exploring an element that is part of my legacy story being 'Elevating the needs of other above my own'. I Reflect on how rest was the biggest learning point in September as I learnt that rest is Holy. I share how I have been feeling a bit of empathy Fatigue and took away the fact that il be practising moderation when it comes to caring for others and not forgetting to make time for myself which looks like taking time to be with God and being still.✨
