  • What holistic ways you can strengthen and support your pelvic floor during our pregnancy and in postpartum (that are not just doing kegels) and when is the right time to start them.
  • What types of exercises you can do at home that will strengthen your pelvic floor and that are safe for pregnancy and postpartum.
