My hot take on a few things surrounding the downfall of Credit Suisse, a 167 year old Swiss institution along with some demands for accountability, transparency as well as hope and encouragement for all those employees impacted by this nightmare.

I have lived through multiple booms and busts; professionally and personally. One of the best services I performed as a wealth manager was to maintain calm and prevent clients from making hasty, knee-jerk reactions that they would later regret.
