Like having a few drinks now and then but aren't sure how to do it and maintain calorie goals? Here's a few tips and tricks. Always drink responsibly and designate a driver. Get an Uber or a Lyft. Walk. Or get a cab, if you're desperate. Someone out there loves you and depends on you, and a lot can change in an instant.
