My very first pop-up market was an absolute bust!

And while that first pop-up market was not successful, I did learn many valuable lessons that day.

I learned that the way the pop-up is marketed to the public is critical as well as how to get customers interested in my booth, what inventory I should have on hand, how to really understand if my booth was profitable that day and so much more.

Which is why I’m sharing with you my GROW framework which is a 4-step framework that is designed to help you prepare for your next pop-up market and generate sales long after the event is over.
