07 Malachi 4:1-6 - Hail the Sun of Righteousness

In the final sermon of our Advent series, Pastor Kevin walks us through Malachi 4:1-6. This passage speaks of the Second Advent of Christ - a coming day of judgment, when the arrogant and wicked will be consumed like stubble, but the righteous will experience healing and renewal under the "sun of righteousness." Christ fulfills the promise of righteousness and healing through His life, death, and resurrection, bringing salvation to those who fear God's name. Furthermore, the reference to Elijah's coming finds fulfillment in John the Baptist, who prepared the way for Christ, calling people to repentance before the great and final day of the Lord.
