In today’s episode, I’m excited to kick off the podcast and talk about the mental and emotional ups and downs of the fertility journey. I know it can feel isolating and overwhelming at times, but I want you to know that you are not alone, and your feelings are completely valid. It’s normal to experience both hope and uncertainty, and it’s okay not to have all the answers right away. One of the key things I want to emphasise is the importance of reaching out for support, whether it's to a loved one or a professional — it can truly make a meaningful difference as you navigate this journey.
