The Westminster Fellowship within the Presbyterian Church in Ireland was formed in 1974 with the following aims:

• The renewal of the Church of Jesus Christ and, in particular, the Presbyterian Church in Ireland.
• The creation of a caring fellowship amongst members.
• The preservation and application of the biblical standards embodied in the Westminster Standards.
