Jen Donovan completely rebuilt her life and career as a result of her experience with severe chronic illness. After finding no answers from conventional medical approaches, she took matters into her own hands and found a path to healing. Jen has a diverse and comprehensive training background including a master’s of science in family therapy, Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises certification, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner certification, Gut and Psychology Syndrome certification, as well as several years of training and mentoring with internationally known medical nutritionist Mary Ruddick. Through this personal and professional journey, Jen has developed Six Support Protocols to provide a clear, structured, evidence based, and ALL ENCOMPASSING approach to finding a thriving life again.
