This episode of the Bucket List Podcast features Paul Mullen. We talk in depth about his love for BBQ and the start of a BBQ competition Anti Ribfest which spawned from an experience at a Rib Festival. We continue to talk about some of the science behind BBQ, specifically the “stall”. He also discusses how important the issue of mental health is to him and how talking about it you can take away the stigma and power of it. Fishing is also a big part of Paul’s life and we talk about how he wants to try different types of fishing like fly fishing in Montana. History is another driving factor for his travel and is fascinated by the national parks in North America.
