On this podcast episode we have a fantastic guest speaker in Justin Kavanaugh. Justin talks about his past as a high athlete and how an injury ultimately made him shift into coaching. He talks about his parents being the primary role models that helped shape his coaching ways. He talks deeply into his injury and how it made him realize important life lessons that stuck with him as he became a coach.He then talks about how coaching and training athletes became his outlet as a coach and helped people that trusted his coaching. He goes into how injuries or bad stuff that will happen to you will ultimately change your outlook of stuff in life.
