After all, taking care of ourselves is crucial—it's at the core of our ability to adapt and thrive during change. I'm reminded of a powerful quote that resonates with me: "Changing me changes everything." Our personal growth directly impacts our ability to lead, grow our teams, and drive success in our organizations.
