In this part 2 of Overcoming Betrayal we talk about 5 ways to transform your anger into strength. Divorce can be a very painful time, particularly if you have to reconcile the negative emotions produced by the betrayal and infidelity of an ex-spouse. However, there are powerful exercises and activities that can help you transform your anger into strength. Surprisingly, some of these exercises are even quite fun.
