Interview with Shani Avidar, a former financial expert turned sleep coach, whose personal journey through motherhood reshaped her career path. Shani shares her story of transitioning from the demanding world of finance to becoming a dedicated sleep expert after the birth of her first child in 2019. Facing the all-too-common challenge of infant sleep deprivation, she embarked on a mission to master the art of sleep, not only for her own children but for families everywhere. By the arrival of her third child in 2022, Shani had transformed her struggle into expertise, now helping parents educate their little ones to become better sleepers through the Baby Led Sleep Approach and her specialized training in infant and toddler sleep. Shani also discusses the impact of completing the Wholechild Company Breastfeeding Program, enhancing her ability to support new and expecting mothers.
