Alex is the owner of Elfo Grisanti's Northern Italian Cuisine in Southaven, MS.
He and his wife Kim also are the owners of Grisanti 9 DOUGH 1 Food Truck.
The Grisanti family has been in the restaurant business in the Memphis area for an amazing 116 years and Alex has been a big part of their tradition and success.
