Richard has done everything from house hacking, full gut rehabs, long distance investing and is now doing ground up construction in South Pasadena. Richard shares the lessons that he learned from:investing in a flood zone where a property that he purchased was destroyed 4 months after purchasing it, dealing with contractors during covid, and how he has been able to problem solve his way to a thriving portfolio of over 14 doors that he owns without any partners.
