Introspection is a process facilitated by self. It reveals the belief system that you submit to, and there are only two to pick from. You’re either verbally committed to life (growth) or you're not. I reassure you that you’re growing whether or not you say you are, and the ultimate purpose is to have fun when expressing who you are and who you’re becoming. Self reflection isn’t something I or anyone can do for you, so, create a space for yourself where you enjoy conversing about *insert your name*. Not only enjoy it, but find peace in your name and your being. Why am I telling you this? Because words are elevating and hearing yourself say certain things… ah whatever you’ll figure it out yourself, that’s why you’re here. Imagine me in a crowd holding up a sign that says “be the one you need” and reciting the words over and over again. Kinda like that guy holding the rubber chicken in one hand, a sign saying “love” in the other, and out of his mouth came “accept yourself, love yourself”.
