Shift Work! Sounds like a dirty word doesn't it. But, this is the reality for many people in their working life. Nigh shift, earlies, lates... whatever you call them, the working pattern of a shift worker, can knock your body clock and healthy eating out the window. Not to mention your mental health. Grace was a burnt out cop. The hours, the nature of the work, the unhealthy office snacks all took their toll, (i think we can all relate to office treats, which just keep coming and coming... )To the point where she had to make some huge decisions for both her physical and mental health. Inspired by Graces' motivation and results, her colleagues began asking for advice, tips, guidance, which is when the 'The Shift workers Coach' was born.

I love meeting people who get a genuine buzz from helping other people and thats what you get from Grace. she understands, she cares, she's walked in those shoes. Grace shares her story of how the job and duties of a Police Officer eventually took there toll and she hit a very low point, but through grit, determination and passion she built her self back up and is now helping 100's of shift workers from all over the world to find their own happy/healthy work life balance. If falling asleep on the sofa at the end of the day is a constant for you, then you're going to love this episode.

Grace and her partner Lydia are a huge inspiration to anyone who feels they "don't have time" or "too tired".

Remember theres never any judgement here, only inspiration and theres bags of that in this episode.
