In this episode, Anita discusses how to overcome mental fatigue in today's fast-paced society. She explores three very practical ways to keep mental fatigue at bay. The first is to slow down and focus. She recommends starting the day off slow, spending time in Bible study and doing low-impact exercises like yoga or walking. Secondly, she talks about batching tasks or focusing on one task at a time. Lastly, she suggests turning off distractions in order to allow our minds the space to think, process, and be creative.
