When business owners experience a plateau or feel like they can’t scale, oftentimes the first thought is to invest in a new skill.

But, when you’ve been able to get the results you want, it’s likely not a skillset issue, but rather a toolset issue.

In this episode, I share how a toolset issue differs from a skillset and how you can identify if you need to focus on your toolset. Plus I share an example from one of my clients so you can see exactly how the wrong toolset or a lack of toolsets can prevent you from scaling.

It’s your toolset that will make it possible for you to scale the results you’ve been able to create and delegate to team members efficiently so you can reach your next milestone!
