In today's episode we are reflecting on Psalm 62.
It's tempting to seek out others for comfort or validation, to vent or process our struggles with friends and family. And while community is important, Psalm 62 reminds us that our core identity and peace come not from human affirmation but from God's unwavering love and who HE says we are.
In a world full of voices trying to define who we should be and what we should seek, remembering that my identity is rooted in God's perception and purpose for me is what anchors my anxious heart and steadies my soul.
