- Play is a mechanism to shift mindset and make the impossible possible.
- We're all drawn to others who are light, fun, and refreshing. So why do we often limit that same energy within ourselves?
- Karen defines burnout as living outside your values for an extended period. Take an honest look at your own experience -- have you fallen into this yourself? If so, take a step back and identify ways you can get back on track. Staying burnt out for too long has severe consequences!
