In this first part of a 2-part conversation, we get to know Odette, a passionate mental health advocate and South African documentarian. She is such a passionate speaker and so connected to her cause, it was such an honor to speak with her. In this chat, we dive into what advocacy looks like to her, breaking stigmas, going beyond only talking prevention and talking living and surviving with suicidal ideation, and more.
