As the Founder & CEO of Ethos, Alida is dedicated to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion within company cultures through innovative learning design, consulting, and Inclusive Communication.


Apart from her professional background, Alida is also a classical guitarist, meditation instructor, writer, storyteller, avid reader, and devoted bunny parent.
