We are told what disharmony looks like in the home (sarcastic infighting, stinging put-downs, withering stares, deafening silence, volatile explosions of anger, emotional brutality and physical abuse) and we are encouraged to build a harmonious home though being wise (discernment beyond the superficial), having understanding (team work), having knowledge (having a willing spirit to really learn from each other). "By wisdom a house is built, and through understanding it is established; through knowledge its rooms are filled with rare and beautiful treasures." Proverbs 24:3-4.
