Your thoughts create your reality. Or more accurately, your thoughts create the paradigm or lens through which you see your life. And yet, many estimates suggest that almost 90% of our daily thoughts are identical every day….

If the life you create is based on the thoughts you think, we need to get serious about noticing and choosing our thoughts intentionally.

You actually have ultimate reign over what you choose to think about. The trick to living the life you want to live is to be intentional about your thinking. The brain will pay attention to what you tell it to.

Today we are sharing 5 strategies to begin harnessing the power of positive thinking and mindfulness to create a life aligned with your desires.
