Let’s get real – is the To-Do List ever really done?

After a whirlwind few months of book launches, client work, and events, I’m here to say "Ahhh, hell no... it’s not" – which means WE have to get better at building in brain breaks and setting boundaries to ensure we can show up as our most effective, impactful selves.

In this latest episode of Eating Your Cake Too, I’m diving into the habits we need to unlearn if we want to stop running ourselves into the ground, both in business and in life. I’ll share what I’ve learned about productivity, creativity, and the real value of rest, along with the better habits I’m building into my own business.
