Hey Church! is a show dedicated to furthering mental health practices within the Christian Church - regardless of denomination. While we have gotten better over the years as a whole, we (the Church) still have a ways to go. Let's talk about some things that we can do to help ourselves with mental health, some things that the Church can do better, and some things that we can do to help others we know are dealing with mental health issues.
