Steve Joy (Head of Researcher Development at the University of Cambridge) interviews Katie D'Arcy (freelance RD specialist) about procrastination: why we do it, and how we can overcome it.

For some people, doing more exercise is not a priority; for some of us, the priority is precisely to resist pressure to do more exercise. Healthy and unhealthy habits look different for all of us. If doing more exercise doesn't feel like a useful example of desirable habit change for you right now, then please mentally replace it, as you listen, with anything that feels more fitting. Getting to bed earlier, eating a decent breakfast, protecting your daily Netflix slot, reducing your daily Netflix slot, calling a friend every day - whatever healthy looks like for you.
