Dr. Julia Olayanju is a scientist, educator and advocate for nutrition and health, best known for founding FoodNiche-ED, a platform that collaborates with schools and educators worldwide. Her work focuses on helping teachers promote science, health and nutrition education in K-12 classrooms. Dr. Julia Olayanju is a scientist, educator and advocate for nutrition and health, best known for founding FoodNiche-ED, a platform that collaborates with schools and educators worldwide. Her work focuses on helping teachers promote science, health and nutrition education in K-12 classrooms. She earned her PhD in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics from Rutgers University, New Brunswick and an MPH from Harvard TH Chan School Of Public Health.
